There are many kinds of protection boxes and safety boxes on the market now, such as injection protection boxes, aluminum alloy boxes, air space boxes, rotational molding boxes, etc.  Next, let's talk about the difference between injection-molded protective cases, military rotoplastic cases and aviation cases.

1. Injection molding protective box, as its name implies, is a plastic protective box manufactured by injection molding process.  The injection protection box is characterized by fine technology, fine box structure, integrated box molding, waterproof, dustproof and compression resistance, and strong protection performance.

At present, the materials of domestic injection protection boxes are generally PP, PP plus alloy materials, ABS and other materials.  PP material has better ductility and softer texture, so the box made of PP material will have a smoother surface, but the box will have softer texture, the surface is easy to scratch, and the protection performance is relatively poor compared with other materials.  PP plus alloy material is currently widely used, the main reason is that it combines the ductility of PP material and the firmness of alloy material, the box is firm, the surface is not easy to scratch, and the ductility is good, the compression resistance is strong, the weather resistance is also very good, so it has won the favor of many enterprises and military and police forces.

The ABS protective box has a smooth surface and is well handled, but the material limits the box made of this kind of material to have poor ductility, brittleness and poor compression resistance.  The above is the comparison of three relatively fashionable materials. Injection-molded boxes are usually not too large, because of the injection molding process, too large box tension is not enough and does not resist pressure. Therefore, manufacturers in the injection molding industry seldom open too large box molds.

2. Military rotational molding box. This kind of protective box is formed integrally by rotational molding. The wall of the box is thick. The box is relatively heavy and is usually used by military troops. Therefore, the color of the box is also made into military green.  The process of such boxes limits the size of the boxes to be too fine, but the boxes have good shock resistance and compression resistance. Compared with injection molding, rotational molding does not need to worry about the box's insufficient tension and compression resistance, so it can be made into very large boxes, so it will be used as transportation boxes for materials, equipment and equipment.

The above two kinds of boxes are molded by injection molding/rotational molding. The size of the existing boxes cannot be changed at will. If the size needs to be customized, mold opening and customization are required. Therefore, the above two kinds of boxes can only be customized with molds and powerful protective box manufacturers.

3. Airspace box is a box with aluminum alloy frame and aluminum plate splint. Such box can be customized according to the required size without mold opening.  However, the compression resistance and waterproof ability of such boxes are very general, and they cannot play a very good protective role, nor can they carry too heavy items.  Generally speaking, it is convenient to customize and has relatively poor protection performance. It can only be used as a delivery box for some articles with low protection requirements.
